This prestigious award celebrates our unwavering commitment to nurturing the social and emotional development of our pupils through the Thrive Approach — and we couldn’t be prouder.
The Thrive team praised our continued excellence in Environment, Leadership, Relationship, Reparative and Right-Time – the core areas that form the foundation of Thrive’s transformational framework. To receive such high praise, and to be re-issued this accolade for another three years, is a powerful testament to the dedication and passion of our whole school community.
At VLC, we know that learning doesn't happen in isolation. For our students to thrive academically, they first need to feel safe, understood, and emotionally supported.
