GCSE Results 2022

The 2022 results are once again pleasing with students leaving with a variety of qualifications across a range of subject areas and an increased numbers of accreditations.

Accreditations extend from GCSE, Entry Level, Functional Skills, BTEC awards in Home cooking skills, Motor Vehicle studies, First Aid and Food safety certificates, ASDAN and the newly introduced Unit awards.  Unit awards have added another layer to the accreditations and have been successful in building self-esteem and confidence for many learners.

Overall results show a similar trend to 2019, the last time full examinations were taken.

Art continues to be a real strength, with excellent results up to grade 9 and 72% 9-4 within Art and Design GCSES achieved by some of our young people.
