Nasal Flu Vaccinations - Parent Consent
The School’s Nasal Flu vaccination programme has now been extended to include all young people from Reception – Year 11 (up to age 18 in Special schools). Vaccinations will take place at both sites on Thursday 30th September. If we do not receive a form from you we may need to contact you on the day in order to discuss your wishes. Therefore, it is very important that you return the form to us in advance in order to make your wishes known.
